Risk disclosure
Last updated: July 28, 2026
You can lose all of, or more than, the capital deposited in a trading account. Use only risk capital and independently decide whether trading and automated workflows are appropriate for you.
No advice, performance promise, or breach guarantee
PropCommand is operational software. It is not a broker, prop firm, financial adviser, commodity trading adviser, signal service, or recommendation to enter, exit, or size a trade. No feature, configured rule, alert, or dashboard can guarantee profits, fills, payouts, firm approval, loss prevention, or prevention of an account-rule breach.
Replication and automation risk
Automated or semi-automated replication can produce unintended, delayed, duplicated, partially filled, rejected, or differently priced orders. Leader and follower accounts can diverge because of latency, liquidity, configuration, connectivity, broker, exchange, platform, restart, and account-specific conditions.
Risk gates and fail-closed behavior reduce only the risks they are correctly configured and technically able to evaluate. The trader remains responsible for supervision, configuration, open positions, current firm rules, and an independent emergency procedure.
Prop-firm and third-party rules
Brokers, exchanges, data providers, platforms, and prop firms are independent third parties. Their rules, technical behavior, and availability can change without notice. PropCommand does not certify eligibility for any firm or account. Verify current rules and copy-trading permissions directly with each provider.
Demos, screenshots, and simulated results
A simulation, hypothetical result, screenshot, or product demo does not represent that a live or funded account will achieve the same result. Simulations may omit liquidity, slippage, commissions, outages, market impact, and the pressure of live decisions.
