Terms of Service

PropCommand is a risk monitoring and trade replication tool designed for proprietary trading firm (prop firm) traders. The service provides:

• Real-time drawdown monitoring and risk alerts across multiple accounts.
• Trade replication (copy trading) between connected accounts.
• P&L tracking, analytics, and account lifecycle management.
• A cloud dashboard to view your trading data from any device.

PropCommand is a data tool. It helps you monitor risk and manage accounts. It does not make trading decisions for you.

Nothing in PropCommand constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We provide tools to help you monitor and manage your existing trading activity.

• All risk metrics are informational and should not be your sole basis for trading decisions.
• We do not recommend specific trades, strategies, or position sizes.
• Past performance displayed in the dashboard does not guarantee future results.
• You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

You are solely responsible for:

• All trading decisions made on your connected accounts.
• Understanding and complying with the rules of your prop firm(s).
• Maintaining the security of your PropCommand account credentials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of your connected account information.
• Configuring risk settings and replication groups appropriately.

PropCommand provides tools. You make the decisions. We are not liable for trades you take, miss, or replicate.

While PropCommand is designed to help you avoid account breaches through real-time monitoring, alerts, and pre-trade risk checks:

• We cannot guarantee that you will not breach an account.
• Market conditions, latency, system outages, or configuration errors can affect risk calculations.
• Prop firm rules may change without notice. PropCommand relies on the rules you configure.
• The risk engine provides best-effort protection, not an absolute guarantee.

You are ultimately responsible for staying within your prop firm's rules. PropCommand is a powerful assistant, not an insurance policy.

• PropCommand offers free and paid subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• Free tier features may be adjusted at our discretion.

PropCommand offers a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. During the trial you have full access to all features — your card is not charged until day 8.

• If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you will not be charged.
• After the trial ends and billing begins, no refunds are provided for partial months.
• You retain full access until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
• You can cancel at any time from the Settings page — no questions asked, no lock-in contracts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• PropCommand is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any trading losses, account breaches, missed trades, or financial damages resulting from use of the service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for downtime, data delays, or inaccuracies in third-party data sources.

By you:

• You can cancel your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support.
• Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

By us:

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
• We may terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or activities that harm other users or the service.
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases of severe violations.
